Snaptron's products, metal dome contacts and Peel-N-Place arrays, comply with the EU Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11/EC.
Snaptron's products do not contain any of the following hazardous substances as defined in the above directives:
Lead
Mercury
Cadmium
Hexavalent chromium
Pentabromodiphenyl ether (PentaBDE)
Octabromodiphenyl ether (OctaBDE)
Snaptron meal dome switches are manufactured from 300 series stainless steel per ASTM A666 and ASTM A480/A480M, for chemical composition and physical properties. The carrier for the dome array, if applicable, is clear polyester film (PET) with 1 or 2 mil acrylic adhesive, and Kraft paper release liner.
