When standard domes don’t meet your force, travel, footprint, or sound targets, our engineering team builds a custom solution tuned to your product’s mechanical and electrical needs. Most custom domes are designed, prototyped, and ready in four to six weeks.

    Tell us the actuation force, diameter, travel, venting preference, target tactile profile, and any environmental constraints.
  2. We analyze your application.
    Our engineers review your PCB layout, expected loads, materials, and end-use conditions to determine the optimal dome geometry and material options.
  3. We develop a custom design.
    Based on your specs, we adjust dome shape, force, plating, and footprint to achieve the exact feel and performance you need.
  4. You receive prototypes for evaluation.
    We produce sample parts so your team can verify electrical performance, tactile response, and fit within your product stack-up.
  5. We finalize and move to production.
    Once approved, we release your dome into manufacturing with full in-house inspection and consistent lot-to-lot performance.
