The SureShot automated placement machine can drastically lower your labor costs. The machine uses domes packaged in cartridges and can place over 10,000 per hour.
Standard Peel-N-Place™ packaging consists of individual domes attached to a square of pressure sensitive adhesive tape.
Each individual dome is peeled off the release liner backing and will adhere securely to a circuit board, flex circuit, or membrane. You can specify many of our F-Series, U-Series, BL-Series, P-Series or M-Series domes in standard Peel-N-Place.
Packaged on adhesive seals 5.3” x 4.5”. Metal domes are aligned in the center of a pre-cut adhesive square. The amount of domes per seal is determined by the dome size – typically 20 or 30 per sheet. |
